Building Update:

     On September 11th, 2009, God had opened a door for Living Rock Bible Church to purchased a building that we use to rent, at 2674 Ridge Road. The building is approximately 7,600 square feet of space and two floors, which we feel it should meet our needs for a few years until we are able to build on our 17 acres lot. This transaction went very smooth and quick.
      The building is in need of some TLC before we can hold a service there, but renovations are to start immediately. We hope to have enough done by November 2009, so that we can move in and hold our services there.

Our future Project:

   We also own a fully wooded track of land purchased in 2003. This track consists of 17.75 acres and is located off of Elverson Rd. just behind the Joanna Store in Morgantown.  Since the purchase of our property we have worked through the zoning and land development process with the township. We received final approval on the land development in the beginning of 2006. We made our final payment on the Church Property in the early part of 2007.

The Building Committee has put together a working floor plan for the church building and have recieved total price for the entire building project with the land development.

Our land development costs we have found to be almost half the cost of the entire project, due to our wooded lot with a very long driveway that crosses a stream.

We have put the building project on hold for now due to the cost of the land development and the economy. This gives us time to see what God has instore for our church and that we are following his will for us.
